Creating your own journals from recycled cardboard and paper you have laying around the house is an awesome summer project. What I love about these journals is you can easily remove and add more paper, letting you use them for a long time!
This past weekend, I had a wonderful group of kids from my neighborhood come on over and we created our own junk journals. Here is my video tutorial if you’d like to make one of your own:
I just love the personal spin each artist put on their journals, they turned out so cool! We hope to fill them up with lots of art and writing with our neighborhood creative club this summer.
