I recently purchased a set of classroom scissors and haul them around to my classes, and was thinking “How do I make sure these guys don’t go wandering off?”. What would be the scissors equivalent to taping the giant fake flower on a pen?
After a little Pinterest-ing, I saw the idea of scissors charms. Now beads are nice, but we need to be a little more creative here! I thought of the idea of putting famous works of art on a charm and found these perfect frame charms on Etsy here (looks like they are currently out of the same bead, but these are similar from the same seller).
I have worked with regular resin in the past, but this is my first time using UV Resin, and I am sold! All of the fun without the wait, and no pesky dust falling on your project while it dries. I ordered some more of the charms to make earrings, because that just sounds like something an art teacher should have!
